Resources for data collection

For sex/gender-sensitive research and health reporting, it is essential that detailed data on the different dimensions of sex/gender are available. Sex/gender-sensitive data collection should also take into account the concept of intersectionality, which posits that sex/gender cannot be analysed separately from other social categories.

In order to provide an overview of current methods for sex/gender-sensitive and intersectionality-informed data collection, a collection of further resources can be found in this section. This section only contains links to external content, as data collection methods were not part of the AdvanceGender project.
